As part of your membership dues, you'll receive up-to-date statistics and pertinent data to assist buyers and sellers including:
Review monthly statistical reports by school district Access public records and county tax information Analyze a regular supply of housing statistics made available to the media and local, state and public officials Installation of Internet for public access, includes valuable information on living in the Lehigh Valley, Educational Institutions, Demographics, Cultural Events, Healthcare Facilities and Transportation
Effective Communication
The Lehigh Valley Association of REALTORS^® realizes that the key to success in the industry relies on effective communications. We are dedicated to the expedient distribution of information. As a member of our MLS service, you'll benefit from the following services: Quarterly Comparable Information available either by download or purchased on CD Email capabilities Communications via letter, email, MLS broadcast notices and through our quarterly newsletter, RealNews Mandatory disclosure and settlement forms available for purchase at our office Additional, timely information will be available to members through a password system including Current Legal Issues, Continuing Education Courses and upcoming LVAR events Electronic Lock Box System-Records a detailed report noting the date, time and individuals who show the property
Visual Appeal
As an added MLS membership benefit, agents have the ability to upload multiple photos directly to their listing. This creates a more realistic conception of the home and generates interest in the properties. For a fee agents can have the Lehigh Valley Association of REALTORS^® office scan photos for upload to their listing.
Hands-On Training
Our technology team provides hands-on training for the Multiple Listing Service program. Classes are held in our state-of-the-art training facility equipped with wireless high speed Internet, a 15' projection screen and multiple laptop computers. The training doesn't stop there, local and toll-free help lines are available between the hours of 8:30 am-9:00 pm to answer questions you may have in regard to technology and specific program use.
