Mark has resided in the Lehigh Valley his entire life. A graduate of Whitehall High School in 1984 and Bloomsburg University in 1988 where he earned a BS degree in Marketing/Management.
Mark has been a top producing licensed Real Estate agent since 1999 and holds a Real Estate Brokers license since 2006. In 2006 he opened his own Real Estate firm, Power Realty, located in the Township of Whitehall, where he and 22 other agents successfully represent Buyer and Sellers in all of their Real Estate transactions.
Mark currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors and also is a voting Board member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors.
He, his wife and daughter reside in Upper Macungie Township for the past 17 years. |

I have been in real estate since 1986. I started my career with Patt, White Co, then affiliated with Coldwell Banker Heritage in Easton. Over the years, I have served on the Special Events Committee 04–07, both as a volunteer and co-chair, Real Estate Weekly 06, Grievance Committee 05-07, and the Finance Committee 06-07 and am a member of the Diamond Society with Coldwell Banker. I currently serve as co-chair for the Lehigh Valley Coalition for Organ & Tissue donation. I was born and raised in Easton but spent 10 years as a transferee, living both in the U.S. and abroad. I currently live in Bethlehem Township and I am the mother of 2 sons, one with me and one with God. |

Catherine Amant grew up in Jim Thorpe, PA where she graduated from Marion Catholic High School in 1966. Catherine married her husband Joe Amant in 1967. They have three sons, Bill, Mike and Brian and three grandsons, Tristan, Dakota and Tyler. Catherine’s husband served in the Marines for 12 years and is a Vietnam Veteran. They have lived in Camp Lejeune, NC, El Toro, CA, the Presidio in San Francisco, and Asuncion in Paraguay South America. Catherine and Joe moved to the Lehigh Valley in 1985 and she started her real estate career in 1990 with Coldwell Banker Heritage-Emmaus. Catherine received her Brokers License in 1993 and has also earned the GRI, ABR and CRS designations. Catherine worked for RE/MAX Real Estate-Allentown from 1994-1999 but returned to Coldwell Banker in 1999 as their Training Director for new agents. She is the Director of the Lehigh Valley Real Estate Institute, is licensed to teach and presently works as a full time manager and trainer teaching Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education Courses. She and Joe enjoy traveling and spending time with their grandchildren. |

As a native Eastonian, I have been privileged to have participated in various aspects of our real estate industry for more than twenty years; from real estate sales to training and now brokerage/ownership. The many facets of our profession continue to be exciting.

I grew up in Allentown and have lived here for 60+ years. From 1958-1983, I was in management in a large textile plant in Allentown and Bethlehem. As a graduate of William Allen High School I then went to Syracuse University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Since starting in PA as a Realtor in 1983, I have passed all the optional courses necessary for GRI and CRS certification. In 1987 I qualified as an Association Broker and in 1999 I became licensed as an Associate Broker/Appraiser. I met Elaine (a RE/MAX Associate Broker) while at Syracuse University and we married 42 years ago in Allentown. We have three married daughters who managed while advancing their careers, blessed us with five grandsons and one granddaughter. |
